Tim and the Fairway team were incredible to work with as I purchased my first home. They were so knowledgeable and responsive, and helped me get the financing I needed, including down payment assistance. Tim even connected me to a great deal on my home insurance. Very detailed and easily understood. Very Good with followups, either by phone or email. Very Professional while handling customers and respectful. He really does understands his job and has passion for it.

From application to move-in was only 6mo. Most of the dely was my fault. I changed the state I wanted to buy a home in twice. I lost my Job and started another in the same field just 3 days before closing. Tim worked hard on my behalf through it all and Closed the loan
